Woven patches aren’t embroidered like traditional patches with stitches, but instead the threads are woven together to create intricate designs with a flat surface. The size of certain designs is limited with traditional embroidery, but with woven patches you can get much more detailed.

These patches have a raised ink look and feel, made by the same process as silk screened shirts and other apparel. The colors are printed (screened) separately so that when the last color is applied, the final design is visible. The ink is laid ontop of the fabric, giving the patch a 3D look and feel.
